Missing Study Spell Feat

My character has two wizard lvls now, but I dont seem able to add spells from scrolls to my spellbook. I was told I should have a feat called Study Spell, but I dont see it under my Feats tab.
I can only see Wizard kits and Summon familiar there, no Study Spell. How do I get it fixed so I my character can add spells to her spellbook from scrolls?

This is where it is on your character sheet, just above 'Summon Familiar.' You need to drag it from your character sheet to your hotbar then click it there.

I figured it out. I had to relog for the feat to appear. Its probably because my first lvl wasnt wizard.
