Currently you are supposed to get 'Strength modifier + Weapon Enchantment Bonus' as extra damage when this mode is active. But my character seems to be missing few points of damage under certain condition.

A level ago, my character had strength modifier of 10 (30 strength) and +4 EB weapon and the extra damage he got was +14.

Now, after a level up, my charatcer has a strength modifier of 12 (34 strength) and +4 EB weapon and the extra damage he gets is +14 instead of +16.

Without a mundane weapon without any EB on it, he gets +12 damage, as he should from his strength modifier.

Does this mode have damage cap of +14? Or is some other kind of engine limitation?

Ugh, seriously, why do some people make STR monstruosities. Yeah it was capped at 14, for no particular reason except "more than that is unlikely". Added 10 more lines which should take care of the Hulks running around.

Any word if this is coming to bear warrior and other transformations?

I am not playing one, but were I to create an Earth Genasi with starting strength of 20... I could get strength of 46 at most.

Thus strength modifier of 18, and since +5 EB is possible with spells, the damage bonus should cap at 23.

Edit: Oh yeah, my own character will cap at 40 strength. Not much more I can do with a halfling!
