Is there a place in usa where to buy use blue ray movies couse sometime they only get out in usa or some time they out of business and then we have to buy them use ?

Mostly mom and pop stores since all the major video rental stores died out.

Best Buy, Walmart, Fye, KMart, Sams, Walgreens, Khols....
