A dark-haired Chessentan woman in a distinctive tricorn hat can be seen laying out goods on a rug outside the Friendly Arm Inn every ten-day or so.
"Take a look,"
she says. "Maybe I have something you need,

After a days trading some items have gone and new ones have appeared.

She appears to have sold off some junk and acquired a few rarer items, and also streamlined her inventory.
