Feral Might (Feat)

Feral Might
Type of feat: Class
Prerequisite: Bear Warrior 10
Required for: None
Specifics: When not using a shield and transforming into Dire Bear form, you focus your all your might into your blows dealing an additional +2d6 slashing damage.
Use: Automatic
Suggestion for a free bear warrior rank 10 feat. I have made the icon and will even code the transformation (if I am allowed too). I am sure Valefort can make this rather minor tweek fairly easily though. Basically you lose the numbers for the +4 AC bonus and instead gain +2d6 slashing damage when transformed. Pretty simple and fair swap.

I do not like the borders on that icon...
So you may use that instead!

This should help:

aaron22 wrote:it just does no damage. its like bringing twigs (not even knives or sticks) to a gun fight.

Opinions obviously vary on if it was enough or not.

Rudolph wrote:If the 2d6 bear damage mentioned in the wiki can't get implemented, Valefort, but is replaced by a maximum of little more half that damage on gloves maximum, can I make another suggestion for a bonus feat to take the place of that lost damage (without which I doubt the class will become more popular than it is and players put up with the death threat that comes with shifting back to original form)?
chad878262 wrote:It might be beneficial as a slight bump to damage (since they are capped at 3 APR) to give the Bear Warrior progression of 1d4, 2d4, and 2d6 (at level 9 BW, 16 minimum total level) bonus damage to their attacks.

If it helps you the QC thread wasn't even bumped with your suggestion even though everyone received your PM

Glad to see the system works. Ill try again in 6 months when no one touches the class and it sits below 2% players. Because 1 of those is me, good luck finding ANYONE else on the server playing one.

Sorry Akroma, I play one too. I'm not having any real problem with my Bear Warrior currently. Can you send me your build, current level, and where you think you should be fighting monsters at?
