How will the proposed radical changes to expose weakness affect char. with a low(er) dex-score ?
Will the feat become worthless for such a char. ?

Any insight regarding the changes would help,
as i just reached lv21 and i'm not keen on RCRing him at all.

Not really ! That said there's nothing else to say because nothing is decided on expose weakness for now.

I just want to add that if/when such changes happen, a form of free rerolls will be provided.
