Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I don't know where else to post this as I've already made a thread and PM'd several people but have gotten no help. I've tried waiting 'till the server reset and even tried a different account and CD key.

Whenever I try to join it says I'm banned and I don't know why. No one has told me anything or told me why I've been banned and people ensure me this is odd. Can some please help me?

It's been quite a while now. If there's a reason I'm banned I'd simply like to be told and I will leave.

No one is banned without reason and explanation, it looks like a simple cd key issue, just be patient.
