A howling drunk Uthgardt tribesman has been seen swaggering about at the FAI, calling himself Kiartan the Wealthy, bragging about how his gold just came in from the sale of a suit of mithril fullplate. He seems eager to acquire new gear and lists the things he is after to anyone who will listen
-Chainmail +4
-An amulet of Primal Rages (he knows that Arnbjorn sells them but he wonders if he can get one for less)
-Boots with +3 AC Dodge
-Some sort of interesting gloves and helmet, but not with STR or CON enhancements
-A ring of protection +3

Vaelen the merchant is conducting business at the Friendly Arm Inn. He hears the drunken barbarian and approaches wearing a coy grin.

Kiartan cracks a broad grin at the sight of Vaelen and spends some moments examining what he offers.
"These are good! How much for all three?"
He points to the Wind Dancer's boots, the Gold Ring of Shininess and the scroll describing the Umber Hulk Breastplate.
