Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Hello there,


There is a couple of bugs in this quest. Once you collect all the items it gives a wrong and confusing entry in the journal:



The description is wrong for two things:

-The Imp is not in the Temple of Bane
-He is not in Cloakwood Forest but in Sharp Tooth.


The other bug is that when you kill a Minotaur the journal updates and consider you have a minotaur horn. However, if you don't actually have the item, the imp doesn't give you the option to complete the quest.
Since minotaur's horns don't drop with every minotaur, this make it confusing and one may go back thinking that he/she already have the horn.

he use to be at the temple of bane before it was sacked but yea it was never in cloakwood

and the method for the horns was changed to not be 100% drop rate and automatically go into your inventory which is what the quest was based off of - so yea, you need to make sure if a horn does drop you pick it up and if you go to thunderhammer before turning it in you will need to drop one horn before turning the rest over to him for money

as far as it being updated to be accurate, quest are very touchy to update depending on which quest it is (the troll quest for example was a nightmare to touch and it always broke)

nothing wrong with updating them if its possible just dont be surprised if its bottom of the list
