Strange Soil Samples

I tried to see if i could do the quest again to see if it have the same problem as some other quests uses to have (Soubar quests) i talked to the quest giver again once i completed the quest and nothing happened the quest was still in my completed journal. Then i log in the next day and the Strange Soil Quest is no longer in my completed journal but in the quest part and i can do it again, i dont know if this means the quest resets once the server resets, but it is an Issues that needs to be fixed.
