Dwarven battlerager spikes feat undocumented

Just found out dwarven battleragers get the awesome spikes feat at lvl 2.
This is not listed anywhere (wiki nor class sheet ingame) though it adds so much flavor to the class.

That's because it isn't in game. I'm also afraid it's mechanically not really possible. Those spikes are meant for grappling, which is the way they use those spikes in D&D. Unfortunately, both grappling and spiked armors don't exist in NWN2.
I do agree that it would be really awesome

No i mean it IS in game i got a feat that does 1d4 pierce damage vs everyone that hits me. its just not documented anywhere.
