I've seen other servers with max players set to 96+/-
Is this something we could implement here? or would the server be too taxed?
I ask, because, especially on the weekends, the server population tends to be in the upper 60's to low 70's. Maxing out at 75 might turn some people away?
Thoughts/opinions?

I withdraw my comment.

It is not always 96 sometimes it is 75. Do you only make it 96 when server gets busy?

Re: Server Population Max
I've set it to 96 in the startup as we push for it anyways.

Re: Server Population Max
Speaking of caps, I'm afraid I've got to wonder about something somewhat related:
With the server generally being capable of staying online for up to 8-9 hours (assuming no weird nonsense happening), I have to ask: Does it *have* to stay up for that long?
Call me crazy, but I was content with the 5-6 hour intervals between reboots. Granted, I had no real idea of the normal up-time of the server, but it felt cleaner and not as bogged down when rebooting after that length of time, as compared to the now 8-9 hour periods.
Thoughts?
Edit: spelling, and apologies for hijacking the thread.

I like that idea Woodsman. 9 hours is a lot of time for junk to build up!
