Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I am having a lot of fun with a shield charging battlerager right now, and I had a few questions. If I take weapon mastery for blunt weapons, will the shield get +2 ab and damage? Also, are there any shields made out of materials other than iron that will bypass DR? Are there any shields that deal extra blunt or elemental damage while bashing or plans to make any? I think that would be awesome, when I played DDO they had shields like that.

Fairly sure it's a no answer to all of those. The only difference in shield damage is the size: medium or tower. It is possible to find Adamantine shields but they're as rare as Mithral ones (ie. virtually non-existent) and I doubt they will bypass reductions like an adamantine weapon would.

There are feats to add damage to shield bash but I don't think there are other ways to add damage to that feat.
