uruk lurra beetle cave

the chef in the uruk lurra beetle cave says "not available" when you speak to her. i have never seen this active as i have just recently discovered the cave myself.
i am wondering if this chef takes the beetle bellies that drop? and if so, is there is a plan to get this quest active?
