Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I was pretty sure that this had a 1.5 modifier when two-handed wielding with a small character such as Halfling.

But looking at my little guy's character sheet, it appears this is not the case. However, I seem to remember testing this on the server earlier and saw that I did get the 1.5 damage from two-handed fighting.

Can someone (preferably a DM) clear this up for me? The primary reason I went with a little race was to get this benefit from Insightful strike.

(I am wielding a short sword as two-handed fighting and the damage modifier is consistent between sword and shield and two-handed fighting)

Thats combat insight that gives 1.5mod, not Insightful Strike.

Nope, even vanilla it only applies the 1.5 with Combat Insight, Insightful Strike works differently.
