[The magical posters change within the city]
Hear all of SShamath.
To the citizens of Shamath, The crimson skulls that were in procession of dev'lin house are now within our city, safe and sound. The school of enchantment would like to thank all those involved in their recovery.

It took may cycles of persuasion and manipulations of the mind for this to come to pass, and the school of enchantment hopes that those in possession appreciate the efforts of our school in the transfer of said artifacts.

As always the School of enchantment and charm supports and defends the Conclave. The recovery took the work of various schools of magic working together in unison for the greater good of our beloved city.

Though this plot was hatch from the very beginning by the schools of magic, it shows though we may not all agree, we are willing to work together as is the tradition of our most noble people when matters of danger threaten our beloved city.

May our Conclave forever lead us, and let us embrace the wisdom of our leaders.

For the Capture of Faern Jys'Ssysynstra Dev'lin Third Daughter D'Illharess Dev'lin and the recovery of the two crimson skulls in House Dev'lin Pocession.

Image

Also a offer of 50,000 gold coins for each Yath'rin or Yath'tralla willing to Perform the Ritual of Sacrifice for our Goddess for Jys'Ssysynstra Dev'lin crimes of long life and denying our queen her life as is the custom of our people
Image
It has come to my attentions that one known as Faern Jys'Ssysynstra Dev'lin Third Daughter D'Illharess Dev'lin is the concubine of a power orc warlord on the surface world, the world in which she has been spending most of her time .There is also rumors of her breeding with it and producing heretical off-spring. This orc warlord operates out of the Rivvil town known as soubar.
Image
The orc chieftan defeated an EILISTRAEE encampment and slayed Jys'Ssysynstra Dev'lin's DARTHIIR lover and claim her as his own.

Image
Also her so called banishment from the city was nothing but a farce so she could spend time on the surface world, for what reasons that is yet to be known. What is known is that this orc horde has its eyes set on the riches of sshmath and seek a way through the under dark.
Also it is rumor that the orcs are under the control of powerful dragon

and in unrelated news, bregan d'aerthe has turn down any offer to claim the bounty.

An Illythiiri male was seen standing in front of the bounty board. Those with a keen eye would be able to tell it was the same Drow from the previous cycle... The one who bore no insignias denoting allegiance or rank. As the male abuptly turned away from the board, his piwafwi revealed what looked to be the hilt of an elaborate sword. The male's chain glistened wetly in the dim light provided by the faerie fire that covered most of the stalagmites and stalagtites in Sshamath. As he stalked off, a slight though murderous grin could be seen on the male's face. The poster remained.

A note is found attached under the bounty
The faern Jys'Ssysynstra Dev'lin is also guilty of necromancy related crimes against Sshamath, but has also been banished and we do naut wish to contest the banishment ruling of the Conclave to carry out the sentence but fully understand if other Lolthites feel the need to have her pursued and brought in for divine punishment.

The School of Necromancy has zero tolerance for rogue necromancers or those who otherwise willingly inflict harm upon the citizens of Sshamath with necromantic spells. If Jys'Ssysynstra Dev'lin is captured we simply request that a representative from the School of Necromancy or the Charnag Maelthra be present for the punishment.

*As she sits in her office, and looks over one of the bounty posters the Faern Jys'Ssysynstra Dev'lin can't help but laugh at it.*

"Long lifespan? I'm the youngest daughter of Qilintha, and barely into adulthood. Who gave this damned heretic fool gold?"

*After a while staring at it, she lets off a long sigh*

"False hope given to would be upstarts, and crimes of Necromancy against citizens of Sshamath, and skulls? These fools are complete and utter idiots. I see that the Conclave again lies on its promises."

*She sends the messenger away, not giving the poster a second thought.*

Lilith stop to consider the poster, the smile on her lips growing wider at each line read.

"Now, now, this should prove worth watching how it fall out.
I see the hands of Chaos behind this, dont you Brizanna?"

She sigh and pass a scowl towards the Stonestave realizing her companion of late are not present.

*Scribbled on one of the posters and returned to the city, a new line is added to the bottom of the poster and placed in Varallas. IT would have a picture of Jys on the bottom, with a single quote-*

"Cash me ousside, howbow dah?"

After surveying the area for witnesses a Deurgar materializes from invisibility and proceeds to shred one of the posters with his scimitar before reading a scroll and disappearing from sight again.

Sshamath.

Standing under a post in one of Sshamath's narrow slums Vork stood with his halberd in hand. He was a young eager drow guard and full of ambition, sadly lacking talent for arcane magics so his lot in life is sealed. Slightly scratching his chin in boredom as the wards of the city make life here dull, Vork's eyes caught notice of a poster upon the stone wall. Leaning forward his red beady eyes scanned the poster before he called over to his companion Belshaz.

"Belshaz.. Look! Offer for gold. Massive coin, even foolish amount, you would need a wagon." Vork said with a roll of his eyes, and quick sharp voice.

Belshaz was a short chubby Drow male, shorter then all the other guards of the city and probably rounder to. "I seen these wanted posters about the city. Some Fraen... and spider kisser making upset the life of her own people, and by now the appearance of it - some Necromancers'' Belshaz finished with a loud sigh.

Vork narrowed his eyes further to read the attached addition. "How does one commit crimes against necromancy?" Vork asked unsure of what he read. "Did she summon a vampire with no head or accidentally cast some sort of Death to Flesh spell. Oh, maybe she forgot to put someone back?"

Belshaz shrugged as he neared the poster "The Conclave. Whom are we to ask, they can just make up what they like."

Vork looked over with a long grin. "Anything?"

Belshaz was oblivious to Vorks scheming as he struggled to keep balance of his halberd. "Yes, and no one would dare question the Conclave"

Vork tried to use his fingers as he counted and talked "Hmm. Paper tax. Posting tax. Littering tax! There was what, 100 of these wanted posters. At say.. 25 gold coins for each posting of anywhere not the bounty board."

Belshaz "Is that a law?"

Vork "When someone asks we'll just say the Conclave said so... we just doing what were told. After all, no one questions the Conclave!"

Belshaz Chuckles.

Though it was not but a moment later until their eyes caught a Deurgar with scimitar slashing a poster on the wall. Belshaz was the first to point it out. "I think he just cost us 25 gold"

Vork was furious "HEY! Halt! Blanket rothe wurm! " Though before Vork could near the Deurgar he had magically vanished away. "Im going to kick that thing under a table!"

Belshaz shrugged as he waddled over to Vork "Well tax him too! Easy enough."

Vork and Belshaz Charge you 2450 gold for all 98 of your posters. Minus one poster for where it belonged, and minus another that got destroyed. Pay 2,450 to any DM.

Vork, Belshaz charge you with damage to private property when your scimitar paper slashing damages the wall, even slightly. For this they levy a fine of 1000 gp. they also charge you a special 25 gp fee which they do not explain to you why, but its completely personal. You also used teleportation for 850 gp. Pay this amount to any DM 1,875gp.

Rlyd notices the two speaking and casually walks and places 3 bags of coins in their hands with a smirk, and says "As a true citizen of our Grand City I will gladly pay these taxes to support our great city and to the Glory of Sshmath". He then winks at them both, as they count the extra gold. He then makes his way to the Glorias Wing with a smile on his face

A note is placed on the public notice board in central Sshamath, next to one of Rlyd's posters.
Enchanter Rlyd,

There appears to be some errors to your statement.

Meet with me and we can clear them all up.

Let it be properly known that the School of Conjuration neutralised the skulls with the aid of Bregan D'aerthe. The remaining skulls are held within the School of Conjuration.
