area and mob CR's

is there a complete list somewhere of area CR's and the appx CR's of the mobs in each area?

Not anywhere I have found. I imagine it would be a bit of fairly boring research work for Area Builders/Dev's to look up each area and document the CR... Plus it would take away some of the mystery of 'life on the Coast'... I know there are areas out there I haven't been to so it's exciting to me that there may even be area's I have never heard of in game! I'd hate to have some area list that let's us all know exactly what area's are out there, it would take away that thrill of exploration, even if it would be OOC'ly useful to mechanically understand where you can go, and when.
