Allow QC to be added to for list

Not sure why they are protected from being blocked. I have had issues with their members in the past and I cannot think of a single good reason we shouldn't be able to block them.

No one is specifically "protected" from being blocked as a matter of design. Moderators and admins of various forums can't be added to the Foe list. This is just the way phpBB is, I'm sorry.

Maybe remove them from moderator status and simply give them a private guild or something then?

Not all members of QC are moderators (and I don't think any are general forum moderators). Some of them are moderators on subforums for their player guilds or other parts of the forums. Probably the ones you tried to block, specifically, but regardless, if it won't let you add them to the Foes list there's really nothing we can do to change it (we're not likely to strip their moderator status for their guild forums or whatever else because the forum mechanics won't let people block their posts).

I should probably add that if there is an issue with a specific member of QC or staff harassing you, you can and should bring it to the attention of the administration and we will deal with this on a case by case basis.

Well all admins, DM's, and moderators cannot be blocked which makes sense. All members of QC, and developers also cannot be blocked which makes no sense.

idk about all but most people on staff also tend to be guild leads or moderators for something
