Improved alacrity only lasts 2 rounds not sure it's that OP.

Epic Mage armor... +20 armor? Woot!?

Dragon Knight... Summon an elder dragon? Uhm feels a bit strong.

Energy blades would create possibly over 30 blades and you'd get to attack 9 times per round with a bonus of 10 to AB... It's it just me or does that not seem quiet potent?

K'yon Oblodra it didt say elder dragon it say adult red dragon it is like when you summon and elemetal on lvl 7 spell then we have greater elemental on lvl 8 and the nwe have a elder elemental on lvl 9 ?

An energy blade is a discus made of pure energy. The disc gives +10 to THAC0, and when thrown does 1d4+5 missile damage as well as 1d10 additional electrical damage. This spell creates 1 energy disc per level of the caster and sets the caster's attacks to 9 as long as the discs are held.

so +10 AB (still can miss on 1) with wizards AB progression +15/+10/+5 (its still a thrown weapon not a RTA) would be +25/+15/+10 with some additional buffs (gr herosim, haste, reduce person, bonus from DEX) wizard could reach +35/+25/+20
we wpuld probably not grant them 9 APR but 6 APR, +35/+25/+20/+15/+10/+5
9 APR would mean we have 0AB bonus attacks (is negative AB possible?)
besides having 3APR is far more powerfll as you dont waste the blades on your low AB throws
THACO didnt work like AB currently so cant really compare the two

so with 3 APR you would have discs for 10 rounds as a lvl 30 wizard

sad part would be the dmg
lightning resistance easily blocks the additional dmg but even with it we see 19 max dmg = 570 max dmg over 10 rounds thas avg ca 375 dmg over 10 rounds and thats if you hit all discs which is unlikely, so 375 dmg with 75% hit chance we have like 280 dmg average over 60 seconds

not really impressive... for me this could go in as a support for your summons

But Energy Blades... The comparison you make is kinda comparing apples with oranges... Lots of "ifs" involved...
