Caravans flying the dreaded colors of the Black Network are seen plying the length of the northern tradeway. Laden with expensive goods, they are flanked by half a dozen armed personnel each - some clad in the distinctive black&red plate of the banite clergy, others sporting the flowing dark robes of the vaunted Blackcloaks of Manshoon.
On the forefront, astride on an inky mare rides a tall, pallid man of some twenty three summers. His features are sharp and tapered, dignifying the youth with an uncanny air of authority that belied his age. To potential customers, he introduces himself as Saidas Mordyn, a merchant in the service of the Zhentarim specializing in the acquisition of adventuring equipment.
He invites would be clients to peruse his stock at one of his three stops; Darkhold, Baldur's Gate and the Friendly Arm Inn. Additionally informing them of a flat five hundred (500) gold discount for items purchased within Darkhold.
