Nyssis' Art

Hello, everyone. I figured I'd make a thread to consolidate my BG- and D&D-related art as I work on it. Wayne Reynolds and Akihiko Yoshida are my art heroes, and as a result I focus more on my lineart whenever I draw something that isn't overtly stylized. A lot of this stuff might wind up unfinished; I hope you don't mind. Please enjoy!
Here is Heron Rhayne in all of her grim sweetness as the Upright Death tarot card. A gift from me to you, Fury!

Thank you all for the very kind words! I'm glad that my art is enjoyed by others, even though it's often a complete mess. +1 for the Morrowind reference, serjo.
After what feels like 10,000 years, I finally finished my character's reference sheet by drawing her dadao and its scabbard. Please click the image for higher resolution!
TarnishedSoul, I also agree that my stained glass pieces --- the thieves' guild one, specifically --- remain my favorite work thusfar.
Here is a link for the curious. Depending on how things branch out, I might endeavor to do the same for BG characters. I need to get my bearings on the server first, so that ambition will have to wait.

I felt compelled to sketch Arkaine Halforken because everything in his biography screams "warrior priest of Sigmar" to me, and I love me some halfies!

Here's a cute little Osric that I sketched this morning to the
soothing sounds of RJD2. I hope you like it, wangxiuming. <3

Here's my half of an art trade with Angevere, showing her pnp character Arianna (and cute familiar Irrilie) as the Upright Temperance card!

Thank you for the kind words and encouragement, my friendly friends. :) I managed to sketch out a dwarven monk from a human order this morning over coffee and
Kingdom Come Deliverance music. I think he's quite cute, broken nose and all.
Borte-Suul will be back soon, Fury. I can't pass up the opportunity to have her meet Wren (who will likely get under her skin). <3

It's a beautiful rainy morning and I felt particularly inspired by
Zeku's theme, so I sketched an old elven thief. He somehow managed to filch both the watchman's keys and my heart at the same time, geez.

You people are too kind, thank you very much! :) Today, I sketched an amoral halfling alchemist that looks like she's an inch away from hiring legbreakers to get her money from someone.

I need all of the practice that I can get with the various D&D races, so I tried something a little different. I sketched a half-orc lady giving them the ol' winky face while listening to
Orbital this morning.

Bunkering down with some inspiration resulted in a super cute Banite today. There's a special place in my heart for drawing weathered faces with tons of wrinkles, idk why.

While listening to
Nier: Automata music today, I sketched my favorite demon lord Pazuzu, based on his
Hordes of the Abyss splatbook art. I'm not experienced at drawing feathers and wings because I don't typically doodle them, so an attempt was madeā¢.

Hey, thank you. :) I'm very glad that you enjoy them.
Here is my take on The Whistler's
scumbag character, Captain Karn Bjarngrim. Thanks for being patient with me, and helping me realize that high STR dudes are absolutely terrifying.
