What I saw was a pretty clear violation of the PVP rules on the part of the other people, but you really shouldn't post to shame players like this.
Please bring this to the attention of the DM team instead.

As Endelyon says, probably best to submit this direct to the DMs if it's meant to be a complaint.
It looked like a fun little player-hosted "semi-DM" event, though. Good on you for not pressing the kill on any of the other players, but keeping the action going all the same. Seemed like an in character response (from all parties, really), and until the end, "PVP done right" in that nobody seemed to have hurt feelings over it. Might think about applying to DM someday if you haven't already?

I had a pretty dumbfounded look on my face when I observed it for the... second or third time.

I don't think the intention was to "shame" the players, who seemed to have fun. But rather how the transition unfairly let the orc get away, even though they were onto him :p

First of all if you look close you see me breaking the rule aswel as i casted storm and as i was casting i turned hostile (You need to do it before you start to cast)
But that was not the point nor was it the point to report any or show them in a bad light as we all can mess up now and then.
The point is me using the rules to get out of certain death....its super lame but you know rules

.
PS for all involed i liked it , Its why i made my orc to be a outcast and get this sort of thing happen to him.
I wil leave you all to think about that.

Well I don't understand. Is there actually a rule that prohibits from continuation of pvp if someone area transitions? Even if done during a chase when transition is done when one character is next to another?
To me it looks simple - some magic wolf attacked and tried to run to town, then he changed to an Orc. Some adventurers helped to kill him - story ends. No one to shame for right?

- A participant of a PvP session, or the prelude to a PvP session, who leaves the map where the PvP is/would be taking place is considered to have ended the encounter, and both the leaving participant and the other party are subject to the post-PvP rules (see PvP Aftermath).

Yeah, I understood it completely as the rules being weird as basically you can start a fight/pvp someone near a transition, goes bad? run away there, no consequences.

It was a fun scenario. A problem with pressing a button to use a skill or magic vs the typing a response or emote to another player, they don't happen at the same time. They can't. Not enough hands, not with the game as it is.
I'm a firm believer in 'setting the stage'. That is, make sure all ooc mechanics are set right from the beginning like set hostile, even if hostility is not to break out. Slow down the moments before pvp starts.
If I had my way, I'de start a Roll for Initiative PvP club! That is, roll the dice to who gets to make the first hostile action between attacker and defender. Just so everyone is at the keyboard ready. Nobody buffs, or moves when the first die is cast, and you have the chance to type out your last message before pressing enter.
The transition is essentially the escape from combat scenario. But if you consider it on another level, the wolf could run faster then any of the others, so it would have made an escape regardless.

As if you're not already suspending disbelief for much more ridiculous stuff. Using the transition should end the encounter, unless otherwise agreed between players. With some players using SSDs and others not, hardware becomes a decisive factor in determining the victor of a pvp encounter. It also leads to transition skipping and other scummy behavior. So I'm all for keeping that particular rule in effect.
Oh and don't get me started on the 2 minute long loading screens.
