Avernus - Bashing Tower Shield

Hello! I recently bought a tower shield from the store in Avernus as shown below:
When equipped this item should give improved shield bash to the user correct? It is not, at least for me.

Yeah, that feat seems not ingame, neither is it mentioned at custom feats/wiki

That is kind of crazy they would put it on an item and then place it in a store then.

I wonder if this is a semantic issue?
The PnP Improved Shield Bash feat description is as follows
Improved Shield Bash [General]
Prerequisite
Shield Proficiency.
Benefit
When you perform a shield bash, you may still apply the shield’s shield bonus to your AC.
Normal
Without this feat, a character who performs a shield bash loses the shield’s shield bonus to AC until his or her next turn.
Special
A fighter may select Improved Shield Bash as one of his fighter bonus feats.
As the IG Shield Bash feat doesn't reduce Shield AC, you already technically have Improved Shield Bash, it's just that BGTSCC doesn't have Shield Bash as an action available to all Shield proficient PCs.

Maybe the item was about to grant the 'shield bash' feat....

So, would it be possible to get a refund on the item or have improved shield bash be replaced by shield bash(the wiki states shield bash is on the server, unlike imp)? Thank you.

A DM can refund you the item's cost if you point them to this thread, or explain to them that it grants a feat that's not actually in game. We'll see about fixing the item or removing it from the game, in the meantime.
