Could we get Bulletin Board any every town, village it will help a lots for the RP things

We'll see about getting this implemented. Painting a new bulletin board in different places is pretty simple, the issue is right now they're all tied to the same collection of messages (so you'd see the same thing in Nashkel that you see in Baldur's Gate, which doesn't make very much sense).
I think we can work around this though and somehow get a separate db for each board.

I been told towns have got nashkel, beregost, greenest and soubar

Yeah I added a few, it can also be added in guild halls, they don't share messages.
The ones in Nashkel, beregost, Greenest and Soubar will only appear after next update btw, but the one in Sshamath is already there.
