Ki Step question

On the wiki page, the description of how Ki Step consumes Stunning Fist uses is a bit confusing to me, atleast in my current early morning fog..
If this ability was last used more than two turns (minutes) ago, one use of your stunning fists is refunded. If it was not used before, or you have rested in the mean time, no refund is granted.
What I get from this is that the
first use of Ki Step after resting will consume
3 uses of Stunning Fist.
Any use of Ki Step
after that will consume
2, as long as 2 minutes has passed since last using the ability.
Is this correct?

No, as far is I recall, as long as it has been at least 2 minutes since last use, the feat costs nothing. This includes the first use after rest.

Aye, the first use doesn't cost any stunning fist uses. If you use it before the timer resets it will cost 2 uses however.

While we're on the topic, could someone post the requirements for this feat, please.

Glad to see it can be used sparingly with no drawbacks. Thank you for the answer, dedude.
The cause of the confusion was the highlighted sections
You expend three daily uses of your Stunning Fist feat as an instant action to immediately move to the targetted location (You must be able to normally reach the selected destination). To observers you are quicker than the wind and faster than the eye can see. If this ability was last used more than two turns (minutes) ago, one use of your stunning fists is refunded. If it was not used before, or you have rested in the mean time, no refund is granted.
The wiki is false then? It states that only one use of three is refunded if time requirements are met. It also says that the first use of Ki Step after resting will cost a full 3 Stunning Fist uses.

The requirements are not listed on the page. Might just be my phone. I'll double check on my pc after work.

Ah, yup its 3 uses not 2. I forgot they changed it not long ago. Oh and you cannot reuse it till 30 seconds pass.
Not the timer I was speaking about above.

So basically Ki Step is avaialable only for monks, right? Could someone from the staff confirm it?

No, anyone can take it. (imp.unarmed, stunning fist, ki step)
But you will get a lot less Stunning Fist uses.
Not sure how it progresses for non monk classes, but is works.

I can't! I have 13 wis, 15 agility, 11 bab, stunning fist and improved unarmed strike, but the feat is not in the list!

You will need
Improved unarmed strike before being able to access
stunning fist as a feat.
Improved unarmed strike access will need atleast 1 level of monk OR be a cleric of a deity with
war domain or a favored soul with a deity that has unarmed strike as their
favored weapon of choice..
Even after all this the feat can ONLY be taken on a
FIGHTER OR MONK LEVEL.
For the fighter advancement I suppose it requires it be taken on a bonus fighter feat maybe?

Yeah, just did a test build FS14, Fighter1 and could select ki step on my F-level.
(Same with Ki-Dodge)
However, classes that grant fighter bonus feats like AK,DC, did not have Ki step on their list.
