Question about tumble

I was wondering if need to invest 14 points into tumble in order to be immune to attacks of opportunity from moving, or is it enough to have a modified tumble value of 14 or more? I was also wondering if I need to spend 10 point on tumble in order to get the AC bonus?

Modified value to avoid attacks of opportunity. Unmodified (every 10 ranks) for AC bonus.

Cool, thank you!

EDIT: I have another unrelated question, but I'd prefer not to spam the forums with even more threads so here goes: When I choose the fighting style for my lvl 2 ranger (two-weapon fighting for me), the feat description reads that I get two-weapon fighting feats at lvl 2, 6 and 11. Perfect two weapon fighting is not mentioned at all. Do rangers not get perfect two weapon fighting at lvl 21 on bgtscc?

Yeah, they do :-)
Or one shot when you go the archery way.
