Mystra is saying that I am disguised so I am unable to enter the world without DM assistance.

Remove your disguise and/or helmet. Enter game world.

Not wearing a disguise and I tried removing the helmet.

Did you try toggling a new disguise and then remove it & enter?

Ask a DM to delete your KEMO Scry tool and then relog. It sounds like the game thinks you're stuck in a disguise.

The reset seems to have fixed it.
