Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

The second level divine spell "Bane of Beshaba" doesn't seem to be working. I'm unable to target any enemies. The targeting cursor just stays grayed out rather than letting me activate on a foe. I've tried several different humanoid creature types, but no luck with any.

Well it seems I can cast Bane of Beshaba after all—like on myself!!

It does indicate that my character is cursed, and it did not go away after resting. That seems to be per the description. But what's not per the description is the -2 Dex penalty which does not appear to be applying in character sheet.

No rush on this one, but hoping it's an easy fix that can be picked up in next update.

Sorry, a mistake when trying to make all spells scribable, that should be fine next update, except you won't be able to curse yourself
