There is a book you can buy that should have the answer. I haven't actually read it though, but bought it ICly. Gathering dust for a while :p Something about the ghost's riddle something..

As one who spent a while figuring out how to complete said quest, I'm afraid to say that the password changes every reset. It is not a single, set code.

What I do know, however, is you require the following skills/items/spells to complete the quest in its entirety:
