Where to find: "Dueling Knife"

I swear I saw something like this on the merchant, but I've come up empty after searching several in BG, EFL and Roaringshore.
Description of the dueling knife:
"These hooked, almost sickle-like, knives are used by Umberlant priests to settle differences of primacy and rank. They represent Umberlee's reapings of those who sail the seas."
1d4 typical dagger stats
Special properties:
Damage bonus: Slashing 1
Enhancement bonus: +2
On Hit: Poison DC=20 1d2 Charisma Damage
I received mine from a DM when I first joined the server (not as a reward but as initiation), but more people want to become Umberlant priests. I would like to hand these out as part of an initiation ceremony.
