One key of the three keys obtained in the Upper Temple works to open a chest, the two others are useless. The door which leads downstairs can't be opened even with the two keys.

That must have changed recently. The keys were useful some time ago.

just right-click -> use on the door. (you need the key)

Yes, I was with Sinopip there yesterday and can confirm it. In addition, other key worked (and disappeared, of course) on a chest that we already opened/bashed.

Well... that we did not try. It seems we will need to go smash some yuan-tis' heads again and check it

Ohh and only the first one who opens the door per reset needs that door key, if i remember right.
So if its open - just 'right-click -> use' the door.
