Hello, i created a char and got the pre-requisites for the Master of Disguises (5 bluff, 5 sense, 5 disguise, 5 BAB) but i cannot select the class and can't level in it

Yes! Bluff, sense, disguise and the BAB. Actually i have more than 5

Well there are really no other hidden requirements and I tested on the server itself so I don't know, double check again and ask a DM to check in last resort.

More than 5 total, or more than 5 skill points allocated? If you have WIS/CHA bonuses making Bluff 5 or more, but have only put 3 points in the skill than that doesn't work. You can only see the base points you have assigned to a skill when you level up. The character sheet is showing your total skill including feats, stat bonus, skill synergy, buffs and equipment.

Clearly, more than 5 each ability it could be because i got the feat to re-roll the disguise BEFORE get the a level in Master OD?

What is your class/level breakdown?

I just ran a test as well and also had no issue selecting the PRC once I had met the requirements. Agree with Planehopper if you can provide your build (race, classes and levels, etc.) perhaps I can run a test specifically copying your build to see if I can reproduce (or better identify why you are having the issue.

Half drow / Bard untill BAB +5 . I couldn't get Master of disguises, so i got thief and again
Half drow / Bard 5 Thief 2 no chances

i rcred the char, Half drow / Bard 7 (without the feat second opportunity) and again i can't get MoD

Bard 5 has a BAB of 3 (no progression at level 1 or 5) and B5/R2 has a BAB of 4 (no progression at R1.

You need Bard 7 or Bard 5/R3 to hit BAB of 5 since both are medium BAB progression classes.

I will test B7 with Bluff, Sense Motive and Disguise of 5 each, but I expect you should be able to take MoD at level 8 since you now have BAB5.
