Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Hello all
After months of RP, quest completions and area grinds my Character was finally able to gain enough gold coins to buy the +4 Chain shirt from DA. Now wanting to wear the hard work that sweat and blood was place on my trophy its not listed on my inventory. Can anyone help for weeks now I wasn't able to gain access to the forum dew to connection errors. I paid a lot of gold for that item not sure if that was a save error or a crashed error would like to know if that item or gold can be returned.

its the one that wasnt meant to be +4, it was suppose to be +3 and the other property was suppose to be +4

but they got pulled and the gold should have been returned at the same time
