Sorcerer Spell Selection: Frost Mage

As the topic says, was wondering what is a good selection of spells for a Sorcerer Frost Mage blaster type. So far, I've got:
0- Acid Splash, Daze, Light, Mark Rune, Ray of Frost, Resistance.
1- Lesser Orb of Cold, Magic Missile, Protection from Alignment, Ray of Enfeeblement, Shield
2- Frost Breath, Ice Darts, Mirror Image, Blind Sight
3- Improved Mage Armor, Spiderskin, Displacement
4- Ice Storm, Orb of Cold
