Blinding Strike - No XP

Just noticed if the blinding strike clone kills the target - i get no xp for the kill.

Valefort is looking in to alternative applications for Blinding Strike to address this and other issues.

I think Pommel Strike had the same issue once, but it was fixed. So take a look there.
