Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

A flyer has been posted around various appropriate sections of Baldur's Gate. The flyers themselves are written neatly and in bold script.

[parchment]I am seeking the services of a master weapon smith for a future consignment. Applicant must be skilled in the working of exotic alchemical silver weaponry. Additional required skills include the ability to engrave and set precious stones into such a weapon as well. Access to your own forge would be ideal, but not strictly necessary.

The quality of the produced item will be of paramount importance. Therefore, many attempts at the creation may be necessary to achieve the desired result.

Taron replaces his worn out flyers with new ones. He looks a little disheartened as he does so, but he remains undeterred.

After a long moment of studying the flyer, Toman rummages in a pack, and produces a small stoppered bottle of ink, and an old quill, and quickly scribbles along the bottom

I am Toman Ironarm, and I am the smith of the Phoenix Company. I can probably lend a hand in the forging of your blade, but there will most likely be a problem in the supplies needed to complete the work. I suggest checking with the mining company in Baldur's Gate to ensure they have enough material on hand before you attempt this.

(DM intervention is needed for any type of crafting whatsoever, including items made simply for RP. I'd suggest speaking with them before you attempt this.)

Taron grins as he reads Toman's message. "At last, a glimmer of hope", he thinks to himself as he stands and prepares himself to make the trip to the Phoenix Company headquarters in search of Toman Ironarm.
