Hey there!
Necromancers have always been a favorite of mine, especially with the Pale Masters PRC, rp wise.
The thing is, my favorite aspect of necromancy is the undead summons and I heard PM summons are actually pretty nice on the server instead of the... laughable ones from default NWN2.
I have a lot of NWN2 experience, but it's pretty much my first time on the server so I'm not really familiar with all the custom changes and stuff.
Bottom line I'd really like some help building a surface PM. Base class would be wizard as it's my favorite. But I don't really know what other PRCs to add if any. I'd rather stay away from Shadow Adept as that requires approval, right? Not really keen on Shar either.
I read that Auto-Still requirements were reduced to as early as 21 so I'd like that too, love myself a tanky armored PM.
I don't care much for DC. Death spells are fun and all but feel so... limited. I mean it's basically Finger/Wail/Feast.
I guess I'd rather be more of a tanky/supporter role while the summon does most of the killing, assuming they are good enough for that here on bgtscc?
Any help would be appreciated. I'd prefer not to have any stat lower than 10 mostly for RP, race is human because who doesn't like humans!

Re: Help with Pale Master build
Sounds like a nice build for you would be W7/EK10/PM10/DS3. Caster level will only be 28, and with the dispel fix Greater Dispel will have ~10% chance to dispel your wards, but as a PM if you don't mind getting +4 gear losing a few buffs won't be a death sentence. In fact even when hit by Mords you should at least have adequate time to reapply key buffs without getting fugued. In addition your BAB will be 21 so with all your buffs you'll have solid Attack Bonus and 5 APR (6 with haste). Damage is the biggest issue with any Arcane Gish so IPA is a good idea if you can afford it. Between yourself, your undead cohort and your summon you should do just fine. This build is very difficult to kill, but as I said, damage isn't going to be all that great. Basically you are immune to crits, have bonus AC, access to tumble and your spell buffs. The goal should be to have 16 or higher INT (there is a +4 helm available for 20 INT) and you should aim for max possible STR.
Note that from an RP standpoint Necromancy is not acceptable in civilized lands and 'team good' won't react kindly if you are caught doing undead summoning or other evil stuff.
