Friend experiencing weird issue

Their resolution in game keeps changing whenever I load in with my character after them.
I've never heard of this sort of bug before and was wondering if anyone else knew a fix for it?

Are you both sharing a network connection? It's a wild guess, but yeah...I've never heard of THIS problem before.

That is a new one to me too.
And I've been playing "tech support" for the last eight years on this server.
Are you guys sharing an install copy?
It sounds like your settings or login are somehow altering his game's settings. But I have no idea how that would come to pass unless you have some sort of shared file between both access points?

Nah, he's only a friend in the game. Met him only a few days ago. Which is what is really weird. I playing a character named Poppy Goodchild, I don't know if there's something corrupt about her data or something?
