Very cheap scrolls in the Tunnelrunner (Rockrun)

The following scrolls cost only 1gp in that one merchant, unlike everywhere else afaik. I assume it's not intentional since blank scrolls still cost me 6-7gp.
- Animalistic Power
- Blades of Fire
- Bladeweave
- Conviction
- Healing Sting
- Lesser Orb of Acid
- Lesser Orb of Cold
- Lesser Orb of Electricity
- Lesser Orb of Fire
- Lesser Orb of Sound
- Reduce Animal
- Reduce Person
- Snake's Swiftness
- Stabilize

Were these scrolls able to be bought over and over again or just once? THe Lucky Find is supposed to be a gamble shop for what it has. So those spells may have been what was available this reset for cheap. AKA a LUCKY find. Next reset may have different ones.....

I have bought stacks of ten of a few of them. Reduce animal in particular, because tiny cats are cute.
