Quarterstaff Monk

Hello fellows.
What would be the best way to build a Quarterstaff focused Monk, without spellcasting? Insightful strike works with staffs, but sadly it doesn't do much in terms of damage.
I think this is an interesting concept but probably below par in terms of power. Any takers?

So I thought fighter 12 monk 6 wm 7 breach gnome 5, but that's gnome only.
Can small races wield quarterstaffs? Was pretty sure that they can't, in which case the gnome would need to use a kama or fists.

Intuitive Strike WIS Monk 20 / Divine Champion 10.
Pick up Fiery Fist - works with staff - and Blazing Aura and Expose Weakness. With DC's divine wrath and you have enough damage for Epics.
I'd suggest taking Sudden Willow Strike as well, IF it wasn't semi-broken.

You can make a Stunning Fist attempt with a qstaff in hand, however, the AB calculations NEVER match the attack used (in your furries).
For example, when I used the Feat, my base AB was stuck at 23, even though the base sequence was 27/22/17/12. So, if using the Feat at the end of your sequence, you gained some AB, but if your toon NEEDS to land the attack with sacrificing your highest AB, you can't count on it.
I brought this up numerous times and Rasael never ansewered, so I don't expect the Feat to ever get fixed.
As well, sometimes the Feat simply times out in the attack queue, which also is a bummer.
What is actually easier is to hotbar click out your staff, click Stunning Fist, then click back to using the staff.

Sudden willow goes through a full calculation of your AB so, yes, mistakes are bound to happen.

But what is odd about it is that it makes THE SAME MISTAKE, over and over!

it would be more odd if it didn't make the same mistake over and over.

But one would also think that if it makes the same mistake reliably, then THAT could be fixed!! Right??

It's not a challenge, it's long and tedious
