When does that RcR 100% period hit?

In a post not a long time ago, Maec mentioned that an RcR 100% month would be coming up soon, mostly duo to the changes to evasion etc.

Any insight when it is supposed to go Live? my "tweak some stuff" brain is getting excited.

It is not 100% certain that there will be an 100% RCR.

Good luck putting that lightning back in a bottle.

Clearly there is a desire by the playerbase to see this, and not only because of evasion, but because there are and have been many systems and concepts updated, a lot of which aren't clearly defined and updated.

For those of us not within the QC/Dev clique, it is increasingly difficult to plan and play here without scratching out answers as we go. An RCR100 period, at random intervals even, would do much to lighten the fatigue associated with the changes.

No luck is needed.

Which systems concepts you need help with? From what i see, most - if not all - questions asked in the mechanics forums are answered.

Finally
For those of us not within the QC/Dev clique
as a moderator, do you moderate yourself, or should i reply to that first and let the fun begin?

Feel free to report it, as everyone is at any time. If you would like a definition of the word clique, I will supply you one.

As for the rest of it, I am not going to go through each forum and pull out all of the "oh its not updated" references that have been made over the last few months, nor do I screenshot the various discord/irc/skype channels as I see them. I realize that updating things as they come is tedious, mind-numbing work.

Allowing others to fix an update their characters and character concepts as things are changed and updated in game is no skin off your back, is it?

Hey broham, while you are at it, can you provide us with the definition of "sanctimonious"?

Yes, we realise that many descriptions are not updated and that is something we are working on.

Yes, there was a period of many things that got changed in lasts years big update. I think i dont have to remind why this happened. Since then, we try to remedy this by keeping the wiki updated, some were given forum privileges to update the forums and a coming soon thread is made to inform new changes.

Its not perfect, nor ideal, but it is what it is. There is no need to take advantage of it.

I am pretty sure many of us have a handle on the definition of sanctimonious.

More to the topic on hand, however:

I fail to see how requesting the ability to update character concepts with updated systems is taking advantage of anything. Taking advantage would be like, knowing of updates months ahead of time, and working with the knowledge of those changes. I clearly cant do that.

Anyway. The chips will fall where they may.

P.S. - Yes, I am/was broham2. I've signed many posts with the dual sig over the years and most of everyone I play and speak to know all about that. Not sure if your use of the term was a salute to my previous login out of long-lost respect or just some sort of failed outing.

Taking advantage as in pushing/putting pressure on the 100% rcr happening. It might happen, it might not. Depending on the impact that the changes will have.

It not about outing you. I assume many know that and like you said just now, you dont hide it. I am mentioning Broham, because having to listen Broham/Planehoper talking derogatory about cliques, is priceless... I assume you can tell why.

Because evasion isn't being changed or because 100% rcr isn't halal? I will need a 100% rcr if evasion is being changed please and thank you.

I would like to express my hope that the 100% RCR period will come as announced (although I never abused "Evasion in Heavy Armour" :D ).

I am pretty sure I'm not the only one that is irritated about a forum moderator and a QC member lashing out at each other in the forums.

100% rcr or not i will be doing another one now that they nerfed (ruined) the summons. Need at least two of the spell focus feats now for my summons to be worth using so guess ill be dropping spell penetration and greater spell penetration.

If the the 100% RCR is not going to be opened for a window of opportunity, then it really shouldn't have been promoted as a possibility. When it was only rumor, it could easily be dismissed, but when publicly discussed and as dangling a carrot out in front, to NOT do it will definitely bring some heavy criticism.

That said, I personally would be happy with 90% or even 75%, and in general, that there exists a 50% RCR on BGTSCC is fantastic (considering I remember a time when there was no RCR!).

But it's rather obvious that when such a significant and widely effecting change, like as in Evasion working differently, is made to the Environment, it is a very generous offer by the Admins/Staff to let Players fix their Character's mechanics...and that generosity will go a long way.

Though...if it could be scripted that only Builds withEvasion would get 100% RCR possibility, then yes, THAT sounds the most fair and balanced, over allowing anyone to Recycle unused PCs into new concepts.

PS— M3nt and Planehopper...GO GET A ROOM!!
