Welcome HDM Boo

Though his face is a familiar on the DM team in general, we've decided to welcome DM Boo to the rank of the Head DM (alongside our two existing ones). His service over the years and dedication to the module are unquestionable and I for one am looking forward to seeing what he brings to the table in this new role. :)
