Hellfire Warlock summons

I noticed that now, when having the baatezu summoned and casting The Dead Walk, the baatezu is unsumomned. And if this change is intended, does it happen the same with other invocations like Lure Shadow Demons?

Lure Shadow Demons is a swarm spell so it takes different slots then dead walk.
