Hi, I am new to the server and I was making a toon and realized I missed something. I was told that I could place my items in a box by the merchant at the FAI and then go and delete the toon and start a new one with more or less the same amount of exp. I deleted the toon (I am not sure of his name - Arlimore?) that is a f, EA, OB) and started to get my new toon ready when I was booted from the server. I lost all of my gear. I reached out to a DM and he said to come to the forum and ask for a "roll back" of my old toon. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What is your in-game account name?

Also, it is highly recommended you get someone to help you mule gear, or else put gear into storage at a storage NPC, rather than using campfires or the FAI box.
