Minor glitches or information gaps possibly:

• rhythm vs rythm (spelling)
• Battle rhythm requires a minimum perform rank which isn't listed in any feat descriptions, its more than the minimum class requirement of 5, I'm guessing its 8?
• how long does orders to charge last? just for the next standard charge?

The minimum for battle rhythm to work should be 3 so I'm not sure what's wrong, Orders to charge last 10 rounds, I'll correct the spelling.

Maybe I had a negative modifier hapenning, I'll try to recreate and let you know

does blindness from daylight without daylight adaptation add a negative skill modifier too as well as attack and ac penalties?
if so that might explain it:

perform 5 (min)
char 6 (-2 modifier orc)
blinded (-something..?)

= below 3

Your modified perform shouldn't be below 3 yes, it's not ranks but total score.

light blindness would take it below 3, sorry I explained myself poorly

What penalties can light blindness apply nowadays ?
What penalties can light sensitivity apply nowadays ?
