There something worng with the spell it say if you roll succeed you will not be hit with melee attack but i was hit with a sneak attack and seank attack is a melee attack it is not a range attack i know you can make a sneak attack with range attack right?

There are two parts to the check for this spell, lockonnow.

The target must first fail a will save, rolled each round.

If they do fail their will save and attack you, you must then make a concentration check of 10 + 1/2 target's HD + Target's BAB. Thus the concentration check can be as low as 11 or as high as 60 for some epic bosses.

If you fail the concentration check, the enemy can attack you normally. If you succeed, they still attack you but all their attacks that round are rolled as 0+0 (automatic miss).

The Sneak Attack popup will still appear on these attacks, but the attacks will not hit you.
