The description of the Ring of Gust of Wind from the Hell shop reads:
"The ring appears to be a ring of Gust of Wind until a certain condition is met to activate its full potential."
Was curious if this is just flavor text, or if there is actually some sort of script that will change the ring somehow if we discover it this secret activation method?
