After calling on her trusty friend, Caelyn, the duo begin to investigate the graveyard.
Lot's of undead as always, but that wasn't unusual. Caelyn suggested checking the crypts to see if anyone might be hiding inside. None here, though.
Might as well check on her
trees while she was at it. Some are doing splendidly while others not so good.
Something about this crypt always struck her as being foul, but the doors are barred shut. Not likely the mage went this way.
Nothing here either.

It looked like someone had already been into the coffers in this crypt. Is the mad mage a grave robber?
The cave was all that was left and there hadn't been any signs of life so far. She knew where it lead and realized it might have been too late. There was only one way to find out, though.
The usual cave filled with rats and undead. Nothing unusual so far.

Finally back to the surface but without success. Did the mad mage even come this way?
Nothing was out of the ordinary with the guard. The mad mage has escaped.
