BUG - Alignment Restriction Greater Planar Binding

True Neutral, can only summon 3 critters, the LN and CN neutral.

2 Slaads and the Quorashi.

I believe TN should be able to summon NG and NE critters too, or am I mistaken.

True neutral should be able to summon anything. And planar binding should not be restricted by alignment... that's only for the planar ally series.
