Oi you lot, listen up. I've been savin' me gold and I need a new pigsticker so the monastery don't laugh at me when I go in to learn the new technique I'm learnin'. Magic, both in terms of the blade and some extra nasty surprise. Other fancy things outside of the hurty bit are irrelevant.
(Ideally, I'd like to get a +3 dagger with a +1D6 elemental damage boost, but I'm not certain what the price range is for that. Damage is all that matters. Keen and status effects are not involved in Arcane throw, I don't think).

"Take a look at gullykin, halfling daggers are the sharpest." A hin boasts in passing.

"Is that a fact...?" Stokes his beard, "Mayhaps tis time to visit mah people down in Gullykin."

They also grow the best pipeweed. Longbottom Leaf, Old Toby, Southern Star, and Southlinch. Gotta love those names. Don't worry, the hin there were cool enough to legalize it. You just need a piece of parchment from your cleric.
